The MilSpaceA app is a valuable tool for authorized U.S. government users who wish to register for Department of Defense (DoD) military space-available travel. It is the preferred app for all DoD travelers seeking a convenient and authorized method to sign up for Space-A at primary departure terminals. Even VISITING FAMILY MEMBERS and TDY military personnel and contractors are finding value in the MilSpaceA app beyond just space-a signup.

One of the standout features of the app is its expanded LOCAL INFO section, which includes useful details on billeting, car rental, dining options, Exchange information, links to air terminals' pages, USOs, and more. Additionally, the app provides an AIRCRAFT GALLERY that showcases depictions and basic descriptions of DoD pax aircraft. Users can also stay informed about TRAVEL ADVISORIES, which provide announcements regarding temporary conditions that may impact space-a travel.

The MilSpaceA app offers a user-friendly interface that allows travelers to easily browse through "Airfields of Interest" and access contact information for various terminals. Users can call ahead directly from the app (with call-enabled iPhones) or visit terminals' flight schedule pages if available. After gathering the necessary details, travelers can fill in their information, select departure airfields and destination countries, and send out their signup to register for travel.
